Poem of the Week

Where Angels Fly

Forlorn
my home under the oak tree
lined with ivy and wisteria

the walls breathe alive with chirps
not crickets nor birds nor elves

tranquil brook surrounding the patch of land
goldfish merrily swim beneath the hill
of uneven steep stairs

approaching the top where angels fly.
